Brooke Harvey, Esq. is an attorney concentrating her practice in Trusts and Estates and Elder Law, with a particular focus on estate planning and asset protection planning. A summa cum laude graduate of SUNY Albany (2019), Brooke earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Public Law. She went on to attend Albany Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2022. During her time there, Brooke completed concentrations in both Trusts and Estates and Elder Law, receiving honors for both.
Brooke’s dedication to serving families and seniors was evident during law school, where she volunteered with the Elder Law Pro Bono Society and served on its Executive Board. She first joined the firm as a paralegal in 2019, working during summers and school breaks, and returned in 2022 as a full-time attorney after completing her law degree. Having trained extensively under the mentorship of Donald W. Mustico, Brooke carries forward his tradition of analytical, client-centered counsel while bringing a fresh perspective to meet the evolving needs of today’s clients.

Brooke is passionate about continuing the legacy of excellence established by Don while ensuring the firm remains responsive to the evolving needs of today’s clients. She values building long-term relationships with families, offering both trusted counsel and a forward-looking approach that provides peace of mind for generations to come.
Outside of the office, Brooke enjoys time with her husband, Jimmy. Together they love traveling, golfing, skiing, spending weekends at the lake or pool, and sharing quality time with family and friends and their chocolate lab Louie.
